We have developed an elite programme for new technology companies that consists of two residential two-day workshops and an individual mentoring program.

The workshop sessions put up to 10 companies together and aims to help companies understand the investor perspective as well as giving a thorough grounding in a range of issues including strategic planning, sales and marketing techniques, intellectual property licensing, corporate finance and legal agreements.

This is used to condition our investment pipeline and get to know prospective investee companies.

The investment readiness programme is sponsored by the Small Business Service (SBS) an executive agency of the DTI, and the Carbon Trust.
